1. General presentation


Seven internationally acclaimed adventure holiday camps around the UK - over 30 years experience - offering fantastic English programmes, exciting adventure activities and cultural excursions, combining the best of everything to make up the best summer holidays around!

Total Care
The Centres always take their responsibilities of looking after both the welfare and well-being of the young guests very seriously. The highest standards of supervision are maintained and the systems and procedures are continually monitored and improved. There is an on-site staff ratio of 1 adult for 3 children (under British guidelines it is normally 1:8).
Medical Facilities
Every centre is equipped with a 24-hour First Aid Centre and has a senior welfare officer and a team of first-aiders on duty 24 hours a day. There also is immediate access to external medical facilities with-in a 5 minutes radius. Medical questionnaires are included in the Camp Welcome Pack. In order for the reservation to be confirmed, these forms must be sent back by return.

The emphasis is always on participation, effort and attitude. It is a rare place where every child can be a winner and can experience and learn new things about themselves.  We encourage children to take healthy risks, celebrate successes and promote self-confidence & self-esteem
International transport
Every year hundreds of children use the Camp’s travel service for International campers arriving in the UK by Air or Eurostar. We will have a team of staff waiting at arrivals to welcome your children into the UK. The groups will transfer to our centres via coach.

2. Choose the location and the type of programme

Getting to the camp by plane

Whilst you are most welcome to take your children to camp, many parents take advantage of the camp’s transport service. at the airport, a member of staff in uniform will be waiting for your child directly when they come our of the customs hall into the arrival area. Your child will then join other campers on the coaches to be taken back to camp. This gives children a great opportunity to practice their English skills as soon as they land and to begin to make friends. Flight details must be notified to the camp in writing at least 4 weeks before arrival. Flights should arrive between 07.00 and 15.00 (local time) on Saturdays and leave between 10.00 and 18.00 (check in between 08.00 and 16.00) to fit in our transport schedules. Supplement may apply for other flight times and flight delays.

Getting to the camp from Paris Gare du Nord: safe, supervised Eurostar Escorted Travel

A representative will be at the station of 'Paris gare du Nord' every Saturday morning to personally escort your child direct to camp. All children are similarly escorted returning back to Paris Gare du Nord Saturday early evening. Limited places, please make a booking as soon as possible. The price of the Eurostar ticket is included in the price of the « Eurostar Escorted Travel ».

SECOND STEP: Choose the programme

The popular 'English in Action' programme.
The sportive 'Multi-activity' programme.
The personalized programme 'Specialist Camps' by adding to the 'Multi-activity' programme any of the optional activities: water sport, motorsport, tennis, football, sky climbing and many more.

3. 'English in Action' programme


This programme consists of a morning English course + Multi activities in the afternoon.

Children take part in a placement test on arrival and are allocated to a class according to their ability.

Four different levels: Basic, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2 and Advanced.

Morning: 3 hours of formal English lessons with qualified English teachers.

Afternoon: integration with English children on 'Multi-activity' programme or on the 'Specialist Camp'.

4. 'Multi-activity' programme


This is the basic programme with a choice of 6 activities each day:

5. Personalised programmes: the 'Specialist Camp'


You can personalize your holiday by adding to the Multi-activity programme any of the optional activities: water sport, motorsport, tennis, football, sky climbing and many more:

Campers can take part in the 'English in Action' programme in the morning and then a specialist holiday in the afternoon.

They include:

Motorsports: The week consists of Go-Karts & Quad Bikes, driving/ riding, computerised track design, mechanic & vehicle building and an excursion to a local motorsports event

Water sports: Includes Body Boarding, Kayaking, Swimming and Raft Building in a safe, secluded bay

Brazilian Soccer School: Qualified coaches teach campers the amazing skills of the Brazilian « futebol de Salao »

Horse riding: Delivered off-site at licensed stables. Options of novice and intermediate available. Time is split riding and stable management. On the last day a gymkhana and prize giving takes places

Leadership Camp: Students will shadow and assist qualified instructors to gain coaching and instruction skills, assist in the supervision of younger campers. Fantastic for Leadership skills

Tennis: Run on superb all-weather court, group of a similar age and ability level

6. Registration process


1. Please fill on-line and send us the  Pre-booking Form checking our Terms and Conditions.

2. We give you further information with price and full details of the programme(s) by email and we can call you over the phone if you wish. 

3. You fill and send us the specific programme application form. You send us a bank transfer to book your course and/or accommodation. Full payment must

The earlier you register, the better to book at the required dates.

4. You receive a confirmation from the programme with all the relevant information regarding your arrival: the Camp Welcome Pack. 

5. You send us back by return the medical and the international transportation questionnaires included in the Camp Welcome Pack, in order for the reservation to be confirmed.
